I was just thinking about curry today! When fall comes, it's always one of the first things on the menu. On the same wavelength again...

you're not the last! I've hesitated because we travel so much. So instead, I mooch off friends who have CSA boxes, and then get inspired by great posts like this! I bet that curry is just as delicious as it is fragrant. Thanks, Dana...

Looks great! 2 questions:
1. Do you think subbing the coconut milk with LITE would make a difference?
2. Is the kind of meal that will taste even better the next day?

Thanks!

If my fridge was larger than 3 ft, i would have a CSA basket immediately! This recipe is inspiring, I so often stick with flavors I know, this would be a challenge... baby steps.

Mmm I LOVE Thai curry! This looks awesome. How awesome that you're part of a CSA now. I'm jealous. I think there's one around here but they're not very common. How do you like the book Real Vegetarian Thai? I've made one or two things from it and not been too impressed. Any recommendations from it?

It's high time I figured out what a CSA is... you Americans are so foreign to me sometimes! ;)

Your curry looks so delicious. Thai green curry is a favourite dinner in my house.

Don't worry, you are not the last. I have not joined one either. Vegetables are not my favorite thing but I do love bok choy. I actually love green curry more than red.

This looks delicious, a green curry is such a nice change for the palate and the eyes!

A friend of mine is from Laos, and I was just talking to her about making homemade curry paste, and the differences between paste from Laos, Thailand and India. I work near Oakland's chinatown and can find really great authentic curry paste, but have never made it myself. I think it's time...
