However, the almond butterhorns are the best, and my husband who is the baker/cook in my family is determined to make them just as beautiful since I will be unable to make the long journey from california to Lopez this summer!!=( I think that Holly B's makes Lopez...Lopez Island....=) I have also been going to Lopez Island since I was about 12 yrs old, I am now 28 and I am still in love with anything that Holly B makes in her bakery. I remember the one we went to when we were younger, too. Miss those days when the only things you had to worry about were whether it was going to rain and what was for dinner. After all your posts about it, I want to go to Lopez Island. It sounds idyllic. Well, except for the camp part.
