I have wondered about gazpacho ever since I first had it in Ecuador on our Galapagos trip but have never really felt the need - this super easy recipe has inspired me, but I&#039;ll probably have to wait another couple weeks :P</description>

I think thats the best part of travel - you come back with so many recipe inspirations. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I &lt;i&gt;want&lt;/i&gt; to like salman rushdie, but just cant.
