just tried the roasted tomatoes as an appetizer, absolutely delicious!!!!  Tonight I made the caprese salad and I can&#039;t believe the flavor of the tomatoes, so yummy.</description>

But then I would be morbidly obese which would be a downside. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;(By the way, I too have never understood caprese salad. My Florida friends say it&#039;s because I&#039;ve never tasted a real tomato, but I say it&#039;s because the Italians put together tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil together purely because it echoed their flag.)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And as a matter of fact, I &lt;i&gt;do&lt;/i&gt; remember my childhood garlic bread. About 10 minutes from my house is this little Italian place that is tucked in the back parking lot of a small strip mall. Every time we went for dinner, the owner would give us small pinches of pizza dough to play with until the real garlic bread came out: butter with some bread underneath, with each bite splashing melted garlicky butter into my mouth. Artery-clogging, but unnecessarily delicious.</description>
