		<description>Yum!  I made this last night, and B loved it.  The fennel root gives it the best flavor. Using the immersion blender in the can is brilliant!  I hate dragging out and cleaning that food processor if I don&#039;t need to.  Thanks for posting that one, I was waiting to try it out myself.  This one is a keeper.</description>

		<description>I can&#039;t wait until I go home during the summer to make this :) Summer tomatoes will really shine in this, especially if chilled, thickened a little and spread on ciabatta instead of served as a soup! Thanks for the great ideas!</description>
