		<description>Sala, I know, can you believe the mushroom haters?  I have several in my life and it is difficult!  We do eat the same food I make for my clients so we eat really well on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The rest of the week it&#039;s a little more simple.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Chris - Thanks for reading!  I used jasmine rice this time.  I almost always use jasmine or basmati because I like how the grains separate and how they taste.</description>
